IM new to this site on strokes

HELLO my name is JO . Iv had mini strokes 3 times so far in my life. my grandmother had 14 mini strokes from the time she was 28years old till she died . she was a very strong woman .she died at 92 she had TIAs strokes . now i have them. my last one left me numb an paralyzed in my left side . 2 years ago . But i said i was not going to give up i keep working on getting my life back now im walking . i have a drop foot . so it takes me a while to go frome one place to another place in my house . a do my on house work i read a lot on stroke s an people that has them i would like to tell them if i may please don’t give up their is life at the end of the tunnel lif yo put your mine to saying im going to bet this you can i did an im a stroke survivor. SO god bless you all an lets show them we can do it .

hi my name is angel and jan.16,2010 will forever be etched in my mind. that day i recieved a phone call from my mom telling me that my dad had passed out and they had called 911. when i got to the hospital and was finally able to see my dad he was having trouble breathing his blood pressure was sky high and his blood sugar was in the 500s. According to MD I had a stroke where the blood to my cerebullam was decreased. After the stroke I did not go to emergency room for at east 48 hours. They had to drain blood out of my brain and had an operation. [more..]
