To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download amazing how your body protects itself I AM CONFUSED AND YET AMAZED IT WHAT HAPPENED TO ME THE DAY MY MOTHER PASSED AWAY. IN 2005 I LOST MY MOTHER (WHO WAS ALSO MY BEST FRIEND)UNEXPECTEDLY. AS WE SAT IN THE HOSPITAL, THE DOCTOR CAME IN WITH THE NEWS, THE ONLY THING I REMEMBER WAS HEARING THE DOCTOR THEN THAT WAS IT. A FEW DAYS LATER I REMEMBER WAKING UP AND NOT KNOWING WHAT HAPPENED. THE DOCTOR TOLD MY HUSBAND THAT I SLIPPED INTO A COMA AT THE NEWS OF MY MOTHERS DEATH. SHE SAID THAT IT IS THE BODY’S WAY OF PROTECTING ITSELF. I HAD NEVER HEARD OF THIS. AFTER A MONTH OR SO LATER, I REALIZED MY VISION AND MEMORY JUST WERE NOT THE SAME. AFTER SOME TESTING IT WAS CONCLUDED THAT I HAD A MILD STROKE TO THIS DAY, MY MEMORY AND SIGHT ARE STILL NOT THE SAME, MY DOCTOR SAID IT WOULD TAKE AWHILE IF AT ALL, THAT I WOULD RETURN BACK TO THE WAY I WAS BEFORE THIS ALL HAD HAPPENED. I WAS AMAZED AT WHAT A BODY CAN DO TO PROTECT ITSELF. Comments
