To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Why I Quit I had been a smoker for 25 years and I felt like I can do so much better for myself and family. What made me cry is when my daughter came home from school saying,”Everyone in school says I smell like smoke and I’ve been smoking”. When she said that I knew I had to quit. Right now it’s been 4 years since I smoked a cigarette and my life feels fresh and clean. I still do crave one, but fight it by popping a piece of gum in my mouth thinking of my daughter. Comments
