To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Don’t Panic! Hi, I’m a 46yrs young, and while I have had about 4 bouts with pericarditis within the past 4 yrs. I think I have managed to not panic the last 3 times. The first time I was suddenly struck with this condition, I thought I was having a heart attack and went through all the tests, which I highly recommend! Once I had gone through everything my professional Physicain recommended, somehow the preceeding episodes became somewhat milder. I am in good health, run at least 4-5 times a week about 4 miles. I eat healthy foods and don’t drink alcohol nor do I smoke. Hang in there and Try not to panic if this happens to you! Comments
