I went to the doctor at least 12 times from nevember till march (2007). March 2007 I went to the emergency room because of the chest pain That night I had emergency surgery. The doctor told me I had about a liter of fluids around my heart, & it was still draining. No fun wakeing up with tubes coming out of my chest. I was told that it was caused by the flu. Needles to say I got a flu shot this year. I should have done something sooner than I did. Befor I went to he hospital I was siiting up to sleep because I was having trouble beathing. This should have thrown a red flag up for me but it didn’t. I have an 8 year old son and my husband was sick. I put me on hold like a lot of women would do. The thing is if I had not gone when I did I would not be writing this now. God watched over me during this time. Comments
