This seems to be related to family history and not to diet or exercise. Not interested in taking statins. and have used Niacin products and Red Yeast Rice with good results. In the last 1 1/2 years the RYR and Niacin do not seem to be bringing the levels down. There are no obvious changes in lifestyle or other medication except the decrease of estrogen dosage in the form of patches. Could there be reasons that might cause a previously effective medication to stop working? Comments
