Since he was a type 1 diabetic, I called his doctor. The doctor told me to rush him to the er. Two days later he had a triple bipass surgery. He never felt much better, lived for three years in agony, and one evening, told me that he loved me, layed down in his recliner and died an hour later. It is very important that you talk to the doctor about follow up care. My husband thought that he was invincible, he was wrong. He needed to follow up on his rehab, and did not. If he had, he would still be here for me, and his three wonderful children, ages 17, 19 and 21. Comments
