Coping With Heart Attack

hi,im deb and i’m 27 years old,my step-dad passed away from having 2 heart attacks in 6 days,a month ago.
he took ill in town and went to see a friend of theirs,chris was stuck in the loo for half an hr,so the friend went upstairs to see if he was ok and he wasnt,she knew chris was having a heart attack being a cardiac nurse,he went into broadgreen and had a stent on the sunday fitted and they told him to do 2 walks a day and on the fri,i found him dead on the sofa in the lounge,they’ve sent chris out too soon and i am livid and my mum that they’ve sent him out so soon,as i think he’d of still been here today myself,we were told he had a massive heart attack he was just so fit and the family didnt think it’d come to this.
