I was in a situation where I was so angry and upset my bp was 220/120. Heart Cath showed no blockage. Was working on 60% of my heart when I got to the hospital. Second heart attack was 6-27-06. This was brought on my emotional stress when I witnessed my loving and loyal little dog runned down by a car. I held this little dog for an hour holding him like a little baby. Ended up in ICU due to respriatory failure and on a breathing maching. Was advised I had congested heart failure Another heart cath and no blockage. My last heart attack was 5-25-07 and was working part-time in cafe. Emotional upset when the manager and I had words and she raised her hand to slap me in the face and called me a “B”. I immediately knew what was going to happen, especially when I started haveing chest pains and sure enough I had my 3rd heart attack along with acute kidney failure and still no blockage. Have a history of high blood pressure cholesterol, angina, congested heart failure panic attacks and depression. Taking medication for all and trying to keep myself calm and not get excited. It is hard in today’s world to keep your cool but I don’t won’t to have my 4th heart attack. Had a stress test in August and it shows my ejection fraction at 58%. Hope my health will improve. Searching the net now for Cardiac excercise. Hope to be on my road to recovery. Comments
