To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Sudden Jolt in Center of Chest I am usually on a treadmill or stair stepper when suddenly I get what feels like an electrical jolt in the center of my chest. It lasts for a second and then goes away. I am so startled by it, I stop my exercise routine. I have been to a doctor who ran me through a series of tests and says I’m ok. This has happened several times since so I’ve decided to stay away from equipment and walk (without incident). I would like to know what causes this to happen. I am 58, (165 lbs/5′ 9″) male, with diabetes II and stay pretty active. I would be grateful to anyone who can shed any light on this condition. Thanks Rob Comments
