Coping With Heart Attack

  I am usually on a treadmill or stair stepper when suddenly I get what feels like an electrical jolt in the center of my chest. It lasts for a second and then goes away. I am so startled by it, I stop my exercise routine. I have been to a doctor who ran me through a series of tests and says I’m ok. [more..]

  i had a supposed heart attack three years ago. what i mean by supposed,, i did not know i had a heart attack.. i only found out about my heart attack through a blood test three days after the event .. by looking back there were some signs .. on my job as a towie i could not get my truck cradle under a car to tow it away so i had to lift the car by hand a few metres. after lifting the car,, i felt out of breath and i could not stop sweating.
