by: Donna on Tue, May 27 2008

4 Years ago as was a relitively healthy young women of 34 when I suddendly developed chest pain I put it down to me putting on wieght and being slightly unfit. However after going to the doc and then being sent to the chest pain clinic I was advised I had severe left main stem stenosis of the heart.I was then advised I would need to have a double heart bypass or risk having a heart attack To cut a long story short my consultant thought that the cause of my heart problem maybe FMD.I have for the past 4 years tried to find information re this condition in the arteries of the heart. As yet I have been unable to find any info. Can anyone help , have you had a similar problem??
