I have been on topamax for 8 years or more and it has helped me with my back pain which has been chronic I had been on 400 mils but had gone down to 200 over the past 2 years this last 2 weeks after a drs app we thought maybe it wasnt working as well as it should and the dr felt maybe to cut it down to take a pill away for 2 weeks then another every other day for 2 weeks.

After a week of being on One pill I lost 15 hours of my life went to a meeting and I know nothing about it a friend felt like I looked tired and if she put a hand in front of my face I wouldnt blink (I did not drive myself) When I got up the next day I did not know I had been to the meeting.I will tell you I am back on that Topamax It was working I would rather have my brain intact do not want to go thru that again, did go to Dr next day did have test it was the meds causing short cicuit
