No Diagnosis

I have daily severe headaches for two years. I have numbness in my hands when lying down. I bruise easily, and my tongue is painful and ulcerated. I lost sense of taste and smell. I lost appetite. I have a lot of heart palpitation. Lately, I feel pain in my joints and muscules [muscles]. My eyes, mouth, and throat feel very dry. I suffer from constipation or diarrea [diarrhea]. Please help me to find a physician who has been seeing or is familiar with these symptoms. I had numerous tests and no definitive diagnosis. From a very active person I changed into an invalid.
