unpredictable chest pain

by: Mario on Thu, Apr 10 2008

I’am a 32 yr old male, and I have been having chest pains with cold sweats and sometimes I have this muscle spasms in my sides and back and the pain is so intense I can not move or take deep breaths, this has been happenning for almost 4 months now, but it only happens at night when I go to sleep the pain wakes me up after a few hours of sleep. I have been to the doctor they have checked me for acid reflux, gallstones, heart conditions, and nothing, no diagnose yet, in the er they said it was chest wall pain due to stress but the thing is I only get it at night and no medication works in taking away the pain.
