chest pain on heart side

After a cold for 2 weeks I got chest pains for 1 more week but only in the evening. After a week I went to a doctor on call, not my primary. She took an EKG normal, Sinus and Chest Xrays. Some mucous in sinus. Lungs looked clear. Pain went away next day.

Recently, within past month I had a treadmill stress test and echo test. The cardiologist was not concerned and said I had a few skipping heart beats. The pain returned tonight. I have high blood pressure and I’m on 3 meds for it. I also have fibromyalgia. What now? I will go through with the CT scan and the upper GI as ordered. I delayed these because the symptoms disappeared. My husband has no symptoms so it’s not a heater leak.

If it was carbon monoxide we would be sleepy. The heat is on all day even in California. If this is fibromyalgia it really hurts. I also have sleep apnea and I have been on CPAP for a year. But that is very difficult and I’m not sure how successful the treatment is. Has anyone had just evening pain?
