Unexpected!!

I’m a 35 year old female,when I was laying down in bed I felt very odd, I could not figure it out why, I stared to feel very dizzy to the point I though I was passing out, I felt like a have a thousand bricks on my chest and then tingling on my hands and my heart was bitting so fast it felt was coming out of my chest,and then I felt numness almost all over my body and star saking unexplicably. It was very scary, I thought I was going to die!!
