CPK Blood exam

Dear Friends

My name is Vangelis and I am 30 year old (male). Iam living in greece. a few years ago all the males of my family take a blood exam to check the cpk level. from all 7 men i have the highest with 1908 U/L. the limit in greece is 195 U/L. does anyboby know something about this. I can not run even 100 meters and i have always muscle pain.
