I had been having some shortness of breath, some nausea, and light headiness, dizziness I had an abnormal stress test, so my Doc suggested I have a Cardiac Cath. Well I was so nervous but It was over in no time, and I slept like a log. Ha Ha. My groin was a little sore and bruised for a few days, but I was fine. I had to lay really still for two or three hours to insure that the bleeding had stopped. Then they gave me something to eat and I rested a little while longer. Finally I got to go home. I was told to just lay on the sofa or bed and rest the rest of the day and not to lift anything heavier than ten pounds for a few days to insure the artery had healed properly. I feel pretty good now. I had no Blockages, but have to go for an echocardiogram. But the whole experience was Ok. I was just a little anxious. Nothing to worry about. August 2008
