survival of Arotic Dissection Type B

I had an Arotic Dissection Type B in March 2006. My prognosis is that if I lived the first 2 years I could survive for another 8. I am unoperable because i dissected behind my heart. Keeping my blood pressure under control is a full time job. I also have a aneurism behind my heart.
