they think its RSD

A year ago when I went to walk I had pain on the outer edge of my ankle but after “walking it out” it would go away. In June it started throbbing and not going away. I went to the hospital and they put my ankle in a brace and told me to ice it. When I put ice on it, it felt like it was burning through my skin. I have had a bone scan, xray and MRI and two doctors think I have RSD because when one doctor saw me my leg was cold and a different colour and the extremity of the pain. My ankle is in constant pain, my knee and behind my knee is in pain, I sleep all the time, my back hurts and just recently my arms and hands go numb when I sleep. I have an appointment with a neurologist in a month and have read up on RSD but seem to lack some of the symptoms. I am in constant pain, frustrated, don’t sleep well due to pain in arms and foot, have headaches, and feel housebound. I no longer work (am a teacher) and the simplest things exhaust me or cause me pain. Can anyone relate?
