i have unexplainable muscle stiffness

i have a problem with my nerves,my ears are buzzing so i went to ENT DR and prscribe an antibiotics but then the more i take the noise become more louder in my ears and it adds another feelings like now im suffering tingling,numbness,and stiff muscles from spines,jaws,neck and throat.i hardly swallow because my shoulders are aching once i swallow.i suffered LBM too and more acidosis in my stomach.i feel like having a clot spines from head to butt also my gall bladder.why do im suffiring this what is really the need in order to treat this case?thank you for answering my question
